We removed the existing roof system and installed a Tamko 30 year rustic black shingle. New drip edge. Synthetic felt, ice & water shield in valleys and areas prone to catching a lot of water, meaning cricket behind chimney, penetrations etc. Also shop fabricated new flashing's around chimney. Also cut back plywood and installed new ridge vent for ventilation. Used the catch all system to cover shrubbery and catch loose shingles and nails. This was a insurance claim, Hail damage. We worked for the home owner in Flint Texas. Roof replacement. The new roof system added value to the home and was sold 3 weeks later.
