Roofing & Hardie plank siding.

This job was a re-roof and siding job in Athens TX, we replaced a lot of bad decking 1x6 tongue & groove and re- framed the gable end of home and installed hardie plank and new L flashing, with a new gable vent. The shingle used was a rustic black Tamko Titan class 3 hail impact. To get more longevity out of the roof system. Small porch area was a flat area which we installed a Torch down black modified roof system. Per spec. New low profile vents, roof turbines, 3 in ones over soil pipes,ice & water shield, synthetic felt, etc. We gave a lifetime workmanship warranty.
