Roof Coating Polyglass Silicone, Maybank Texas.

This was a call in from a commercial property owner from Maybank TX, that had many concerns. Metal roof that had many years of aging but still had some integrity left. So removing a lot of existing repairs and replacing existing fasteners,(screws). We decided to prep and roll silicone over roof panels. Which we are a certified applicator, contractor # 4015. There was to much traffic to spray. Over spray on vehicles were our concern. We rolled primer over any bad areas meaning rust. Applied 2 coats of silicone and flashed around penetrations. Flashing grade mastic and membrane. Per spec. Giving the metal roof more years of longevity.
