French Drains Commercial Property

I met a client on a property he owned in Palestine TX, that had water running under his walls, onto the slab on the inside of the building. So came up with a plan to install 230 foot of french drains. We removed the dirt till we could see about 3 inches of foundation. Went through the proper channels and had gas, electric an water lines marked as good as they could. We used the excavator and dug a trench 14 inches wide making our perimeter starting off at about 14 inches dropping the 4 inch EZ pipe 1 inch every 10 foot on cloth to later wrap the pipe and installed 18 catch basins. Routing water drain off into a existing city drain. We also hooked roof drains up and ran through wall and down wall using a solid 4 inch pvc off into city drain system. Solving all problems.
