BITUMEN-BASED COATING
It might not be the most popular choice for residential roofing, but the bitumen-based coating is popular in commercial roofing.
It’s cost-effective, easy to apply to complex surfaces, and highly resistant to impact damage. It also provides a solid waterproofing feature. However, bitumen-based coatings are not very attractive and don’t have a wide range of applications.
